These Terms govern your use of Lisfi.in and its related services, applications, and software. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

To use Lisfi.in, you must:

- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Lisfi.in provides a cloud-based software platform for managing laboratory operations, including but not limited to:
- Patient data and test management
- Billing and reporting
- Workflow automation
- Data analytics and compliance tools
We may update, enhance, or modify features periodically to improve performance and security.
Account Registration and Security
- To access Lisfi.in, users must register for an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed your responsibility.
- Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or account misuse.
Subscription, Payment, and Renewal
- Lisfi.in operates on a subscription-based model.
- Pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms will be specified in your subscription agreement or invoice.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing, with prior notice provided to existing customers.
- All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Data Ownership and Privacy
- You retain ownership of all data uploaded to Lisfi.in.
- We will process your data only for providing and improving our services, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Service Availability

We are not liable for any loss arising from temporary service interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iconinfoware Technologies and Lisfi.in shall not be liable for:

Your exclusive remedy for any issue is to discontinue using the service.
Termination
