Lisfi is a cloud Laboratory Information Management System developed by Icon Infoware Technologies, with offices in Kochi and Calicut, Kerala. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we handle it.

• Basic usage information - standard server logs such as pages visited and approximate location, used to keep the website secure and working.

This website does not ask for patient data. If you are a patient looking for your test results, contact the laboratory that performed your test.

How we use it

• To respond to your demo request or enquiry and arrange a call.
• To answer questions about plans, features and integrations.
• To improve the website and keep it secure.

We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked for them, and we never sell your information to anyone.

Data held inside the Lisfi platform

This policy covers the website only. Where a laboratory subscribes to Lisfi, that laboratory is the controller of the patient and operational data it stores in the system, and Icon Infoware Technologies processes that data on the laboratory's instructions under the subscription agreement - which, not this page, governs how it is handled. Access inside the platform is restricted by role, and activity is logged.

When we share information

• With service providers who help us operate - for example messaging and email delivery - and only what they need.
• When a court or authority lawfully requires it.

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to function, such as a session cookie when you submit a form. We do not use advertising trackers.
